I'm doing an enterprise push of Flash10 and have been experiencing theis lack
of shutdown/restart/logoff. You basically choose the Windows options and
nothing happens.

We have found that the FP_AX_MSI_installer.exe is hung as well as msiexec.exe
process. After task manager killing the FP_AX_MSI_installer.exe, and which in
turn kills the msiexec process functionality is returned.

Does anyone know what hangs this up.? Of 700 machines so far i have had about
200 that have this odd issue.
