How do you colour the mouse pointer?

NCP Dynamic Firewall
I've got XP Pro SP3 and am using Microsoft Security Essentials. The Windows firewall is turned on. How to know if all files of a program are in Program Files?
I've noticed that its often possible (for smaller programs) to be used - just copied and pasted from C:\Program Files from another computer. Now I was wondering if there is a quick way of knowing which programs this works with? Could I do a Search for the program name in C: excluding Program Files? ... 18 Apr 2010 21:57

problem solved temporarily
the issue has most likely to do with a recent security patch by microsoft (KB980232, see: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/980232/en-us). When i uninstalled it (i ignored the dependency warning for KB979309) everything went back to normal and the user profiles were again successfully written to and copied from the NT... 16 Apr 2010 07:17

RDC (Remote Desktop) against XP
