my USB stick driver is a PBDA driver porting from the latest WDK
example--SWTUNER

Now The PBDA driver passed nearly all the WHQL and A+Q test

But there is a bug in it even I can pass the WHQL test by manually stopping
all WMC related service When test plug and play.

When USB stick inserted, some times it can not be stopped, after delete
ehrecvr.exe service The driver pin resource will be released, and the tuner
can be stopped.

use BDA driver no this problem, PBDA do more GPNV initializing when filter
created
