Does the phrase "Wireless Enabled" actually mean that you do not need a
separate wireless network in a laptop, or something else?

That's what I think it would mean, but you should make sure the laptop
indeed has a card, not just a mini-PCI slot where you can add an
internal card.

I would think there would be more than that one phrase if the laptop did
in fact have wireless capability 'out of the box'. It should also state
the spec's and what flavor of wireless capability.....
