Wireless joysticks for the Commodore 64?

I see where Atari made a set of wireless joysticks for the Atari 2600, but I do not know if they will work with the C64? Thanks, John P.S. It is called Quickshot Starfighter 1 made by Bondwell. I'll probably give them a try tomorrow.

I have a wireless adapter which plugs in-line between the joystick and Commodore and turns any joystick into a wireless one. The adapter was built in the late 1980s or early 1990s.
