(why would it?) I installed Office 2007 and registerd it on line. No problems with ISP then. It worked untill I formatted my hard disk and re-installed it with office XP Pro. No this is not ISP. Excell & powerpoint are fine. This problem has happened once before with SQL Server 2005 & Visual Studio 2008. This is an MS Bug.
