From: frigal on 15 Mar 2010 16:15 Hi, I'm developing a template with different margins for portrait oriented pages and landscape oriented pages. For example: - Portrait: Top: 3cm; Bottom:3.5cm; Left: 2.7cm; Right: 1.8cm - Landscape: Top: 3.5cm; Bottom: 2.2cm; Left: 3.20cm; Right:2.00cm Do you know how to do that? I haven't been able to find the option that would enable to insert a landscape-oriented page in a portrait documents with the correct margin without having to change the margins manually. Thanks in advance for your help. F.
From: Doug Robbins - Word MVP on 15 Mar 2010 17:40 You will need to change the margins manually unless you create a macro to insert the necessary Section Break and apply the formatting. -- Hope this helps. From: Stefan Blom on 19 Mar 2010 10:04 If you are feeling adventurous, I guess you could try using an AutoText entry which stores a landscape section preceded and followed by a section break. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Doug Robbins - Word MVP" <dkr(a)REMOVECAPSmvps.org> wrote in message news:uKTCagIxKHA.812(a)TK2MSFTNGP06.phx.gbl... > You will need to change the margins manually unless you create a macro to > insert the necessary Section Break and apply the formatting. > > -- > Hope this helps. > > Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my > services on a paid consulting basis. > > Doug Robbins - Word MVP, originally posted via msnews.microsoft.com > > "frigal" <frigal(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message > news:3B4D3E1D-2DD2-4148-953A-68E16E9C864F(a)microsoft.com... >> Hi, >> I'm developing a template with different margins for portrait oriented >> pages >> and landscape oriented pages. >> For example: >> - Portrait: Top: 3cm; Bottom:3.5cm; Left: 2.7cm; Right: 1.8cm >> - Landscape: Top: 3.5cm; Bottom: 2.2cm; Left: 3.20cm; Right:2.00cm >> >> Do you know how to do that?
