Posso guardar as copias de segurança automáticas em pasta diferen. Uma das opções de segurança de ficheiros em guardar sempre uma cópia de segurança que é criada automáticamente pelo Word. Essa cópia é guardada na pasta do ficheiro original. Se houver muitos documentos word na mesma pasta fica muito confuso devido à presente do ficheiro e respectiva cópia.
