From: Alphy on 30 Apr 2010 14:21 My document is about 170 pages long. After page 10 there is a section break and the page numbering changes from Roman numerals to Arabic numerals. Word prints only through page 10. How can I print the whole document?
From: Stefan Blom on 30 Apr 2010 14:45 In the Print dialog box (Ctrl+P), make sure that "All" is selected under "Page range." Then click OK. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP (Message posted via NNTP) "Alphy" <Alphy(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:DEB9B943-DCFE-426E-B592-3C30DBB3EB99(a)microsoft.com... > My document is about 170 pages long. From: Alphy on 30 Apr 2010 15:27 Of course, that is what I have been doing and it works with other documents. Susan Barnhill suggested that I include section numbers in the page range. I tried that and it still does not work. Word prints till page 10, gives an error message, and then hangs. I have to use Task Manager to simply exit from Word. Word tries to send a message about the error to Microsoft and even that message does not go, at least not in a reasonable amount of time. From: Stefan Blom on 30 Apr 2010 15:35 I noticed that this was discussed in the "Word does not print pages after a certain page" thread as well. I've posted a reply in that thread. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP (Message posted via NNTP) "Alphy" <Alphy(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:E2DEF08A-35C1-4114-8AB6-7985E206289B(a)microsoft.com... > Of course, that is what I have been doing and it works with other documents. > Susan Barnhill suggested that I include section numbers in the page range.
