Word error

From: Walt G on 29 Aug 2008 07:21 Word 20030 keeps crashing on me with error id 1000 and the following text in the Event Viewer: Faulting application winword.exe, version 11.0.8227.0, stamp 486d648f, faulting module mso.dll, version 11.0.8202.0, stamp 47425767, debug? 0, fault address 0x000463b6. Any ideas what I can do?

What version of Windows are you using?
