A new problem just started occuring. Every time I use the format button for
bullets or numbering, Word shuts down, claiming a error has occured. What;s
going wrong?

If this is Word 97-2003, exit Word and then delete the List Gallery Presets
key in the registry.

If you are using Word 2007, exit the application and then try deleting the
ListGal.dat file in your user profile. Since some folders in the profile may
be hidden, be sure to search hidden files and folders.
