I know that the XF gui builder is considered an antique but it might
suit my needs. Is there a current download location for this tool?
Googling doesn't seem to bring it up.

Hi John,

I was the last maintainer of the XF application. I do have the last
"official version" of it. However, I wrote the TKproE application as a
replacement for XF. TKproE handles the latest TK widgets (which XF
does not). You can find the TKproE home page at:
