From: Error 1328 on 1 Feb 2006 21:31 When I initially start up or do a re-start I get the following message Could not load a transcoding service XERCES PANIC ERROR What is it and how do I fix it?
From: garfield-n-odie on 1 Feb 2006 21:35 Why do you think the error message has anything to do with Microsoft Office? See http://support.esri.com/index.cfm?fa=knowledgebase.techarticles.articleShow&d=26629 .. From: Error 1328 on 1 Feb 2006 21:56 I did know what it had to do with. I was in process of installing sbc yahoo dsl and their true switch program, for importing addresses, had an error and every time I reboot or start up this error came up. I was importing from ms outlook 2003. "garfield-n-odie" wrote: > Why do you think the error message has anything to do with > Microsoft Office? From: garfield-n-odie on 1 Feb 2006 22:44 If you get this error when you start or restart Windows, then Outlook should not be running at that point, so I doubt the error message is related to Office or Outlook. But you apparently think you know better... Error 1328 wrote: > I did know what it had to do with.
