From: CJ on 19 Apr 2010 17:50 Hi Groupies I have been building databases for years and have not run into this problem before. This 2007 database I am working in has a few yes/no fields. When I add these fields to a Form, they are show up as textboxes instead of the yes/no check box I am expecting. They respond correctly in queries, autoreports and autoforms but when I add it manually, I get Yes or No and have to manually change it to a Check Box Any ideas? Anybody else having the same issue? -- Thanks for taking the time! CJ --------------------------------------------------------- Know thyself, know thy limits....know thy newsgroups!

Have you checked the table properties on those yes/no fields? -- Milton Purdy ACCESS State of Arkansas "CJ" wrote: > Hi Groupies > > I have been building databases for years and have not run into this problem > before. > > This 2007 database I am working in has a few yes/no fields. > When I add these fields to a Form, they are show up as > textboxes instead of the yes/no check box I am expecting. > > They respond correctly in queries, autoreports and autoforms but > when I add it manually, I get Yes or No and have to manually > change it to a Check Box > > Any ideas? From: CJ on 20 Apr 2010 14:23 Yes and yes. It's odd, it's not just one table in this one database, it's any table in any database that has a yes/no field. It's not the end of the world but it is extremely annoying. It's almost as if an Office update messed up the code somewhere. -- Thanks for taking the time!
