They are both correct, you are just reading the one from wikipedia wrong. The vector he uses at wikipedia is just orderede like the suffix in d-q-0, not q-d-0.

Vdq0= [d ; q ; 0], so the top row in the matrix actually applies to the d-axis, and the second one to the q-axis.
