about reading the images

From: renuka on 24 Jul 2010 09:37 i am new to matlab. i was using matlab 7.0 but now im using r2010a version. in the earlier version a work folder existed in which i used to copy images and then read the images using imread function. but in the latter version i could not find a work folder. and i am not able to process the images. can someone pls help me..?
