From: emmausdan on 18 Mar 2010 18:03 I have been archiving the calander once a year for years, recently I had to look at an old item and opened the archive folder. Now the archieved items appear in the Calendar. I have tried to archieve them again, but they still appear. What do I need to do?

If you opened the archive PST, then the items are in the calendar in THAT PST, not in your default calendar. There's nothing you need to do. If you don't want to see them any more, close the archive again. Right-click it's root in the Navigation Pane and choose Close. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
