The ActiveX Xtra will need to be downloaded the same as any number of
other Xtras if you are running this web packaged...But that just adds
another Xtra to the list and will be handled by OBP anyway. It may
already be on the machines anyway depending on ehoch version of the
player you have installed.

They need to have the Web Browser ActiveX installed / registered, but I
don't think it is possible to not have that installed / registered as
Microsoft integrate the browser into Windows.

So, I would say....No, you are good to go!
