The one with the "Nuke" setting is the Empirical Labs Distressor.

A very fine piece of gear the Distressor. And quite a bit more
expensive than the RNC. While great for vocals, the Aphex 720 is more
versatile for a variety of uses from live sound to broadcast to
studio, especially since it has 3 band limiting.
