Possibly not the best, but certainly the best value for money (IMHO) is the LG GW620.
Had mine for 4 months and really pleased with it.

I'd recommend the N900 if you want a serious bit of kit that can do many
other things besides.

A powerful Android 'phone such as the HTC Desire is an excellent choice
too and has a lot of applications available for it.
