From: Fred Smith on 19 Apr 2010 23:44 I would do a Sumif. M1 would be: M1: =sumif($A$1:$A$5,L1,$C$1:$C$5) N1: =sumif($A$1:$A$5,L1,$D$1:$D$5) Adjust ranges to suit. Drag the formulas down the column.
