Thanks Bob. Unfortunately, I don't have the cd. My Thinkpad was shipped
without the disk. The info from that CD is partioned on my harddrive, but I
don't know how to access it.

Could you try a System Restore to a time
before you deleted the files?

Or...maybe you have a friend who could
loan you a copy?

Copying would get the files but I cant say that they will work as
advertised as the registry entries aren't created. Try getting a copy of
an XP CD from a friend.

Sounds like you have a recovery partition, if so then in order to get the
missing games just go to My Computer> Add/Remove programmes>Add/Remove
Windows components>choose Accessories & Utilities>click on the Details
button> double click on Games & choose the missing games from the list then
choose OK to reinstall.
