in my business I get several complaints about upper management ranging from small stuff to lawyer related items. can the administrator view or store my confidential email????

Define "confidential". They can assign themself "full mailbox access"
on your mailbox and read, delete, or modify messages but they can't
read a signed (encrypted) message.
