From: chitown on 9 Mar 2010 22:36 I worked on a document this morning and when I went to open it a box came up asking me if I wanted to replace the document with my blank doc scrren that I opened and I accidentally pressed yes and lost all my work. I went into rescue and there was no other version, Is there any hope I can still get my earlier document?
From: Graham Mayor on 10 Mar 2010 02:06 There is very little chance of recovering the file, however you *may* be able to recover previously saved versions with file recovery software run from removable media, but the more you use your PC in the interim the less chance you have of recovery. -- <>>< ><<> ><<> <>>< ><<> <>>< <>><<> Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org <>>< ><<> ><<> <>>< ><<> <>>< <>><<> "chitown" <chitown(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:BA3B8FCC-09E8-4810-AD24-60CE17154F91(a)microsoft.com... >I worked on a document this morning and when I went to open it a box came >up > asking me if I wanted to replace the document with my blank doc scrren > that I > opened and I accidentally pressed yes and lost all my work.
