From: Gary Altoonian Gary on 16 Apr 2010 06:43 Greetings: I tried e-mailing an MS Word document and the recipient could not open it. When I tested the process by sending the same document to myself via Outlook, I opened it and it asked me if I wanted to merge it with the same document on my computer. I could not find a solution in the knowledge base. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. Gary Altoonian
