Did you hijack a conversation, change the subject and get rid of the actual
message body?

Please provide information. Like Windows version and edition, SP level,
CD/DVD player make/model information, when it last worked, what changed
between it working and not working, what you have tried to do to fix it and
what any of it has to do with the Update functionality in Windows...?
