Use a freeware macrorecorder and let�s go. :)
Another way:

http://audiohq.de/index.php?showtopic=13
download foobar2000
put all the wave files into a playlist
choose wave as output format in the converter
and select Convert to single file.

Haven�t tested the above one, but it was written in a forum and solved
with this.
