hello sir,
i am working on a project to count the no. of tuberolcosis bacili in the image.
firstly i am thresholding the image & then i am using the binary image for counting .
sir i've seen you cell counting post.
i've tried the same codes in my image as well but it's not working properly in the binary image that i've created.
sir can you plz help me for this counting problem.

What method have you tried so far? (I am not sure what you refer to when you say "same codes".) Also what goes wrong - do you get an error message or does it just get the count wrong?
