From: kaz53 on 22 Feb 2010 06:24 I have recently upgraded to windows 7, and am using microsoft office 2007 in word. Control P to print documents is only working intermittently and this is extremely frustrating!! Anyone got any ideas, please.
From: Peter T. Daniels on 22 Feb 2010 07:53 Do the other ways of printing -- clicking on the Quick Access Toolbar icon, or choosing it under the Office button -- still work reliably? From: kaz53 on 22 Feb 2010 09:18 Yes, the other ways of printing do work normally. "Peter T. From: Peter T. Daniels on 22 Feb 2010 09:45 Then right-click on the QAT, choose Customize, select the Print command from the list at the right (it should be right at the top), and be sure it's still assigned to Ctrl-P. If it isn't, make the assignment there; if it is -- someone else will have to answer! From: kaz53 on 22 Feb 2010 11:21 Not sure what you mean by assigned to Ctrl-P. Could you please explain how I make the assignment? Thank you for taking the time to deal with this. "Peter T.
