From: Otto Fajardo on 19 Jul 2010 13:08 Hi Brett, I got high frame rate (200 frames per second) uncompressed monochrome videos. The video is in a weird format (.fmf), I managed to convert to individual frames, or avi. However these files are too large to store, and in addition the avi is 3 times larger because it's rgb and not monochrome. How can I make a monochrome avi movie, and then compress it (maybe with H.264 codec?). to get a compressed monochrome avi file?. I tried to use grayscale colormap in the avifile command, but it failed =(. thanks for your help!. Otto |
