I go to the text of the email, highlight what I want, right click and click COPY. I click NEW to open a new email, go to the text area, right click and PASTE is greyed out. I have tried this with CTRL-C for copy and CTRL-V for paste and the same problem. I can do either of the above copy steps and paste the text into a Word document without any problem. I can't, however copy from a Word document and paste it into an email either. In order to copy/paste in Outlook 2007, you have to right-click -> Copy and right-click -> Paste. This was not a bug, it was a "feature". For security reasons, I suppose. However, after applying SP2 all copy/paste functionality seemed to have been restored: [Ctrl]/[Shift]+[Ins] & [Ctrl]+[C]/[V] all seemed to work! It is quite better this way!
