Prev: the bibliography style is missing, I cannot create a bibliography

From: davejthomps on 24 Jan 2010 15:29 Every time I open word it crashes (2007 enterprise) Have run diagnostics and re-installed but to no avail.Dont even have to open a document or write a new one for this to happen.Running xp sp3.Have also tried 2010beta download from microsoft but this does the same .Any help appreciated.
