From: PAKnWV on 23 Feb 2010 14:30 Formerly used Office 2003 and set up a half-sheet note (5.5" wide, 8.5" long). Now using Office 2007 my printer (Photosmart 2610 All-In-One) produces an error message telling me that I have the wrong size paper in the print tray. I've checked the paper size and margin settings in Word; all appears to be correct. How can I program either Word or my printer settings to get it to accept the half-sheet paper? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
From: Mary Sauer on 24 Feb 2010 06:36 There are all sorts of updates for your printer on the HP web site. I had problems with my HP not knowing custom sizes, a driver update helped. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?product=421139&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&cc=us&submit=Go%20ยป -- Mary Sauer http://msauer.mvps.org/ "PAKnWV" <PAKnWV(a)discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:BA74A73B-652B-4C35-A59F-C9E1C28F6BC5(a)microsoft.com... > Formerly used Office 2003 and set up a half-sheet note (5.5" wide, 8.5" > long).
