The radius at the cusp would be the same as the Earth Radius of 40,000/ (2 x 3.14) = 6369 km. The radius at the pseudosphere poles, because of the cutaway defect cannot be 6369 km. So is the radius at the poles that of 5,000 km. The reason I pursue this tactic is that it is far more logical to think that the radius sweeps out the time factor in deriving the speed of light. So that if the polar radius of the pseudosphere is indeed 5,000 km rather than the 6,369 for the Earth Sphere radius, we can better understand that as the light wave constructs the sphere by 40,000 km x 40,000 that it is the radius of the pseudosphere of 5,000 km that does the sweeping out of time as 5,000 seconds. There is also another factor that must be considered, that the Plutonium Atom Totality is not a Sphere but a lobe like structure, whose radius and diameter are far different than a sphere radius and diameter. But I like this tactic because it is more logical to think of time as being sweeped out as the light wave travels up and down through all the 40,000 km strips.
