how can i disable domain User to save files in desktop.

Group Policy to all OU Users.

Note: a. Domain User Account
b. To all User in OU
c. Operating System Windows Server 2003
d. Client Operating System - XP, Vista and Windows 7.

The only way I could think about this is 1st you remove the users from being
a "Local" Admin of their PC's
and then Restrict the "Desktop Folder" on the PC
That they can't save it to. (READ only)

This also means they can not put any addition Icons on the desktop however.
