From: Joanne McCullen on 25 May 2010 20:15 Hi everyone, I have tried to find an answer to this question before posting this, but unfortunately failed:( to. So here it is: I am trying to display a wavelet decomposition of an image (1 level to full decomposition). What command should I use to display my results in such a way that more than the upper-left quadrant (of lowest frequencies) are visible? I have come up with a number of ideas, and have obtained some more or less satisfying results, but I am looking for a different solution. My idea involves modifying the wavelet coefficients just for visualizing purposes (as apposed to further processing), but this can be very difficult to do for more levels of decomposition. I am certain people in image processing have encountered this problem so far, this is why I thought I would ask for an opinion. Thank you for taking the time!
