From: JMiddleton on 25 Jan 2010 12:33 Is there any way in MS project to show the budgeted costs (in bar chart form) along with the gantt chart to show to a potential client worried about cash flow how these costs will align with the schedule? This would be amazing for microsoft to do if there isn't a way now

I am assuming you have loaded costed resources. Try setting a basline (tools/tracking/save baseline...). Now show the Tracking Gantt view (View/Tracking Gantt) The tracking Gantt will show you how your original (baseline) budget is spread.
