I have a help text file in .doc format and I want to onvert it to .html format. How can I do that with codes? I want matlab to directly store it in some other folder in .html format.

I suppose the simplest way would be to open the file
in MSWord, choose "Save As" and select html as target
format.

Can't really see what any of this has to do with matlab,
but if you are hell-bent on using matlab you could, of
course, automize the sequence through COM...
