After 2004 they apparently decided to declare ANSI CL as "stabilized" which means they don't need the annual meetings and everything is reaffirmed automatically. CL is really dead, I mean, stable now. It probably also means that ANSI has deleted all records that are older than 5 years and that there's no hope to ever see the legal statement that the TC made to give ANSI the copyright. Helmut
