I assume you are not under the mistaken impression that users of Microsoft
Office Access database software all over the world will be interested in a
"draft house committee meeting minutes", so must assume you thought you were
either posting it to some organization's website, or that you were sending
it via e-mail. Alas, neither of those is the case, and because malware of
various types is so often transmitted via attachments, not many of the
people here are going to open what you attached.
