please do. the error message is totally un-intuitive.
it is not a problem onec you know it, but i have spent > 1 hour before it
just copied my stuff into the WDF sample src tree.

Yeah it is a terrible message, the only reason I recognised it is that you
happened to put "'jvc'is not recognized as an internal or external command"
and U4006 in your post...
