From: john connolly on 21 May 2010 20:55 Hi, I have downloaded a .flv file, edited it with avidemux, transcoded and written a dvd file system with tovid and written the ..iso file with mkisofs dvd-video. All that works ok. The problem is that tovid writes a 20 second preview image. Vlc plays that image and stops but I can get it to go on by clicking the 'next' button. Other video play softwares aren't that smart and my dvd player isn't either. I would appreciate advice on how to get this edited video onto a dvd in such a way that I can play in on a tv. Thanks, jwc

I don't use Tovid, but plan to. It must be trying to set up a menu for one file. I think it has a "menu" command line option.
