I'm aware that it is far from perfect and therefore use it only as a dictionary and for translating short phrases, just to get an idea. I don't trust it blindly and check if the translations make sense. But thanks anyway for the advice. A German

Since having one, I'd not be without one. Yes, I love my little Ford ranger 3.0 liter 6 cylinder, gets about 20MPG on the road. Everything is manual, 5 speed, door locks, and (Armstrong power windows) crank down types. It also has a 2X60 air conditioner (roll down 2 windows and go 60 MPH). Heaviest load I had was a V8 engine using a forklift to load and unload. I used to drive it for a an auto parts place. Some parts are pretty big. But I got fired for driving too slow and not running enough red lights. Nowadays, I just drive it on weekends and walk most other places. -Bill

Mine is a 4.0L Ranger with all the gizmos, including auto (SWMBO wouldn't let me buy a stick), air, power windows, door locks, and 4WD Off-road. I needed the 4WD in Vermont and need the AC here. ;-)

Actually, they could buy other stuff besides gold. US real estate, silver, commodities, toilet paper, rice, etc. So why do they keep buying worthless US bonds? Is there some other country that has a better credit rating? -Bill |
