edit footnote or endnote separator in word 2007

From: Yoash on 27 Apr 2010 09:47 I've been using footnotes in Word 2007 on the document i've been writing. Suddenly noticed that under the footnote separator line- three empty line were added that I can't get rid of. Double clicking on them does not help as I they do not respond. i'm guessing the computer is associating them with the separator line so if anyone knows how to edit it in word 2007- please let me know.
