any one knows how to desing an electron gun, any Model already there to modify.

An electron gun would greatly exceed the gun firing rate permitted for
civilian use here in Canada. I'm not sure it would be legal for a
civilian to model one here.

I did not mean electron gun to use in public, all I meant is Elctromagnatic wave source like the one used in UWB Microwave Imaging Radar System to Detect Breast Cancer.
