From: Haris Bogdanovic on 6 Mar 2010 13:59 I'm 34 and I had my first compiuter before 20 years. I love programming so I know to program in several programming languages. The last was Ruby but finally I think that I found a perfect language for me. That's why I need just a few guide lines to get me started in emacs and lisp. Then it's easy to read some reference manual to get the details. And you say you are a lisp master, isn't that a big ego ? And that last line of your email is stupid. Tolerance is not needed for something that is good. Tolerance is needed for things that are not good for someone, some group of people, animals, trees or planet. So what you are saying is that all tolerance is "evil". (if (eq tolerance t) "evil") How can you be a lisp master and be stupid ?
From: Haris Bogdanovi on 6 Mar 2010 14:34 I typed that wrong: You say that all tolerance is crime. (if (eq tolerance t) "crime") And you are not alone. Thomas Mann is behind you.
From: Haris Bogdanovic on 6 Mar 2010 14:59 I found another qoute by that Thomas Mann: "It is not good when people no longer believe in war. Pretty soon they no longer believe in many other things which they absolutely must believe in if they are to be decent men" I will not even comment that. That man is deeply disturbed. Please don't write replies in my threads.
