When I reply to someone's email the original is quoted as per the set up under email options. The issue is that when I reply an email sent from a MAC or Apple PC, the original message is not included unless I uncheck to use Word as the email editor in the email options. If that's the format you're using, try switching to HTML or better yet, plain text. Hi Kathleen,'you missed the problem. When I reply to the original sender the original message was not included. However, I found the answer and I have tested it both from my gmail and yahoo email accounts. When someone sends a message from a web based email program such as gmail, to someone using Outlook, and the person using outlook replies to the original sender, the original message will not be included (Unless you uncheck using Word as the default email editor) see: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;842937 Thanks for the reply.
