Carefully.

Without some context to explain what zcr and v/uv are, they're just a TLA
[1] and a FLAB. [2]

Explain specifically what you're trying to do and show what you've tried to
do and you may receive some help.

That doesn't sound like a Matlab question. You should refer to your text
books or appropriate reference works or to forums that are appropriate
to whatever subject area that question is relevant to.
