From: thejohnlreed on 14 Jun 2010 03:36 the internal to the atom orbiting electron idea, reminds me of Einstein declaring that a uniform gravitational field is equivalent to acceleration. What is a uniform gravitational field? It is a field that acts on all objects in the same way. Gravity has us tied to the whipping post as well. Instead of asking why all objects fall at the same rate Einstein said we can view it as though the ground rises up to meet all objects, This is the weak equivalence principle, and it is weak. And then you read that General Relativity governs the cosmological world while quantum mechanics governs the microscopic world. All I can say about that is God help us from being governed...
