Your numerous messages on this topic have made it to central Canada, but repetition of the request has not given me any more ideas than the first posting. I do not do any work with Statistica, or with Neural Networks, or with time series as a distinct item, and not very much work with time series or regression of anything. If you do not get any response after _one_ reminder, then (historically) it is fairly likely that you will not get any response until someone with the proper skills happens to wander by a week or 30 later.
